What is the Product?

1.       ADF is made of “Wood Polymer Composite” which is a complete replacement to Timber.

2.       It is a green product certified by GREHA Council.

Technical Details

1.       It is made of Polymer, Calcium Carbonate and Rice-Wheat Husk.

2.       Due to virgin polymer, rice-wheat husk and ideal Density its screw and nail holding is better that Timber.

3.       It is 100% water proof, Termite proof and fire retardant.

4.       There is no shrinkage or bending due to absence/presence of moisture or water.

5.       Its density is 725 Kg/m³   

6.       ADF can be easily Polished, Painted and laminate/ Veneer can be pasted on it.

7.       It is available in standard sections of 70X40, 100x50, 125X50, 150X50, 100X60, 125X60 and 150X60 all available in standard lengths of 3.5’, 7.5’, 8.5’, 9.5’ & 12’.

Applications

1.       It has wide applications as Door Jambs (Door Frames) is being used in residential houses, Flats, Hotels etc. It can also be used as pergolas for exterior and interior applications. These can be used as Window Frames also.

Commercials

1.       ADF is around Rs. 3500/cft which is almost equivalent to a good quality fully seasoned wood, which ranges from Rs. 3000 to Rs. 5500/cft.

2.       Performance under different climate conditions is better than Wood and it has a better lifecycle as compared to wood. Hence it is cost effective as compared to Timber due to zero maintenance cost.

3.       Labor cost saving is 30% in case of ADF as compared to Timber as it comes with ready rebate and finished plane surface. It is also easy to work upon by carpenter. This increases their work efficiency.
