What is the Product?
1.       WPC DOOR and ROUTED DOORS are made of “Wood Polymer Composite Board” which is a complete replacement of wooden Flush Doors, Plywood Doors, Timber Doors and Metal Doors.
2.       It is a green product certified by GREHA Council.

Technical Details
1.       It is made of Polymer, Calcium Carbonate and Rice-Wheat Husk.
2.       Due to virgin polymer, rice-wheat husk and ideal Density its screw and nail holding is excellent. This is 1100N.
3.       It is 100% water proof, Termite proof and fire retardant.
4.       There is no shrinkage or bending due to absence/presence of moisture or water.
5.       Its density ranges from 550 Kg/m3
6.       WPC DOORS can be easily Routed, Polished, Painted and laminate/ Veneer can be easily pasted on it.
7.       WPC Doors can be easily routed to required design type; this enhances the aesthetics of the door. 
8.       It is available in standard widths of 27”, 30”, 33”, 36”, 39” and in thickness 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, and 40mm.

Applications
1.       It is widely used in Residential bungalows, Apartments, commercial buildings etc., as Main doors, internal doors kitchen doors balcony doors etc.

Commercials
1.       WPC FLUSH DOORS and ROUTED DOORS have price just equivalent to the price of finished good quality Wooden Flush Doors. Despite of better features.
2.       Performance under different climate conditions is better than wooden Flush doors and it has a longer lifecycle. Hence it is cost effective compared to wooden Flush Doors.
3.       Labor cost is 30% cheaper than wooden Flush Doors as it has smooth and calibrated surface and easy to work upon by carpenter.
