WHAT TYPE OF DOORS CAN BE HANGED ON WPC DOOR FRAMES

There were mainly 3 materials available for making door frames namely wood, aluminium and metal (iron) which were in use since ages .As experience have told us each has its own merits and demerits over one another and hence choosing any one is highly dependent on what is the most important factor we need most over its other disadvantages. Now that we have another new material in the form of the WPC for making frames, there are certain kinds of misinformation or doubt on where and why it should be used. As WPC Looks soft material , many think will it be able to hang any kind of doors.
A door frame plays an important role by providing a lasting support for the door, locks and hinges. Hence it should stand strong in all conditions of natural and man made calamities like harsh weather, insects, fire , burglary attempts which would lead to its decay. Wooden door frames are prone to decay, warp, bend , termite and moisture attack and are not very good in cases of fire and forced entry .Aluminium frames are expensive and does not gel with the overall look of the door easily. Metal door frames rust and does not give architectural view . WPC door frames can be considered perfect as it gives us the visual aesthetics as well as great functional behaviors . With a density of around 725-750kg/m3, it is strong enough to resist against impact and forced entry And carry single or double doors easily. Holds hinges and locks firmly , is termite and borer proof, do not rust , decay, warp or bend as it is 100% water proof and 0 % wood.it can be used with any type of doors be it metal, Aluminium, wood, FRP Doors, glass doors etc etc Its look can be enhanced with carving , polish or paint to match the appearance with the concerned door.it is made with German Encapsulated technology having a single 8mm solid core all along the six sides of the frame making it more sturdy . with this solid core and high density frame any type of door can be easily hanged to WPC Door frames.
